The go-ahead’s been given to build a £40 million hotel and apartment block on the prime site of the old and derelict Belvedere Hotel, top of Bath Road The proposed development will include a four-star, 131-bedroom hotel with a sky bar and 66 residential flats.
This redevelopment is only a small part of recent plans going ahead in Bournemouth at the moment.
Including, the demolition of the historic Wessex hotel on West Cliff Road. These plans also include building a hotel and two blocks of flats on the site.
